Thermotron, as a purely European manufacturer of advanced technology packing systems, ensures full implementation of all regulatory requirements that define the performance warranty for all the systems it produces.
The manufacturer, Thermotron SA, guarantees the quality of the machines it delivers to its customers. The warranty period provided by our company is 12 months for the mechanical components and 6 months for the electric and electronic components, starting from the day the machine is put to operation by the buyer.
Throughout the warranty period, Thermotron shall repair or replace any machine component that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, on condition that such failure is not caused by normal wear and tear, improper use (not in line with the instructions given in the machine operating manuals) or any modifications, non-acceptable and non-approved by Thermotron SA, carried out on the machines by the buyer.
The buyer must fill-in the delivery form for each machine, recording the date when the machine is put to operation, the details of the machine, as well as their personal or company details, and send the form via e-mail to info@thermotron.gr , within 10 days, or to the local authorised company representative.
The presence of possible hidden defects of the machines must be notified to us within 8 days from the time they are detected, and, in any case, no later than 3 months from the start of this warranty agreement. During the time when potential repairs are being carried out, the buyer is not entitled to claim any compensation due to machine downtime or for any other damage.

If the buyer fails to follow the instructions provided in the manuals supplied with the machines, the manufacturer is released from any obligations under this warranty agreement.
